Course Dates

Courses are run regularly, go to the Course dates page to find a course that suits you.

Group Size

Group sizes are kept small (maximum of 8 couples)

When to start the course

The ideal time to start a course is between 25 and 30 weeks pregnant. However this is just a guideline and will not precude you from and course.

If you are expecting twins then earlier start date is recommended.

Course Reunion

A integral part of all Parentwise courses is to generate lasting friendships and form a strong support network. As part of that ethos a free course reunion will take place approximately a month after the last mother of the group gives birth. It is hoped that this will encourage new parents to set up their own regular 'coffee mornings' and continue the mutual support.
